1. Peel the ingredients.
2. This machine has a feed port of 90mm dia.
This machine has a feed port of 90 mm dia. If the daikon is too large to fit in the slot, split it lengthwise.
3.When the machine is turned on, the grater rotates, and the ingredients are pressed against it.
When the food is too short, be sure to use the push stick for safety.
4. The grated ingredients will come out from the discharge port.

Q. How do I use it?
A. Turn on the switch and the Oroshikin rotates. Put in peeled foodstuff through the feed port. When the food gets short, push the next food or push stick.
Q. How long is the rated usage time?
A. About 45 minutes. If the machine is used for a long time, the motor temperature will rise and the machine will automatically stop. (Thermal protector is effective.)
Please wait for about 30 minutes for the motor temperature to cool down.
It is better to turn off the machine before the motor stops automatically to avoid stress on the motor.
Q. What is the throughput?
A. About 8 kg can be processed per minute. (about 8 medium-sized radishes)
Q. Can the coarseness be adjusted?
A. You can adjust the amount of coarseness by pushing the vegetables. Press hard for coarser and light for finer.
Q. Can ginger be unloaded?
A. Yes, but since ginger has tough fibers, the fibers tend to get caught in the Oroshikane, so it is necessary to remove them frequently.
Q. How big is the slot?
A. The diameter is 9 cm. It can hold one medium-sized daikon radish.
Q. How do I wash it?
A. Remove the blade cover, loosen the wing nut, and remove the grater. After rinsing with clean water, wipe off adhered grating debris with a cloth. Wipe the main unit with a wrung out cloth.
*Water splashed on the switch and motor may cause malfunction. Running the machine dry for 2 to 3 minutes will prolong the life of the machine.
