Industrial Machinery, Tools, Tools & HardwareDigital Torque Wrench “Pro Wrench” with wireless function – Adrec CORP.
This is a next-generation digital torque wrench that implements functions to improve production efficiency, such as accurate torque value display, enhanced notification functions, and interlocking with PCs and other equipment.
A digital torque wrench is a torque wrench that digitally displays the torque value being measured on the LCD screen. It is used for more accurate torque management.
Some products simply measure the torque value, while others have functions such as poka yoke and work support, such as setting a lower and upper torque limit, illuminating an LED to notify the tightening status, and notifying and warning with sound and vibration.
When used on production lines, digital torque wrenches are generally used in conjunction with PCs, poka yoke controllers, and PLCs to receive fastening results wirelessly, store data, and link with poka yoke systems and production equipment, rather than being used as a standalone unit.
