The ultimate brake control solution for railway vehicles, providing precise pressure control and maintenance support for optimal performance.
The Brake Control Unit is a device that integrates the brake receiver and control valve, which are the central components of the brake system for railway vehicles. It controls the necessary brake pressure for the vehicle. This unit is designed for electric command air brake systems and includes the necessary air brake-related valves to output the pressure for the brake cylinder for both regular and emergency brakes. There are two types of units available: one for controlling the brake system on a per vehicle basis and the other for controlling it on a per bogie basis. Each vehicle or bogie is equipped with one unit, which generates the appropriate air brake force based on the vehicle weight and the driver’s operation. In addition to regular maintenance, we also provide deterioration diagnosis and propose updates and modifications based on the service life of the unit.
