Micros is a wet milling machine with a completely different milling mechanism from conventional ball mills and bead mills.
The milling ring, which rotates at high speed inside the vessel while repeatedly spinning and orbiting, utilizes the extremely strong compressive and shearing forces of the material against the vessel wall for milling and dispersing the material.
This makes it possible to pulverize and disperse slurries with viscosities ranging from a few microns to the submicron order as well as slurries with high viscosities in a shorter time of about 20 to 30 minutes compared to other wet mills.SKU: n/a
