Introducing the “AF-N Actuator”, a compact actuator model directly connected to a servo motor. This product inherits the characteristics of the “Precision Gear RV™” which are high precision, high rigidity, and high reliability. By directly connecting to a servo motor, it achieves a compact drive unit. Additionally, it eliminates the need for designing and assembling servo motors and gearboxes, providing ease of use. The AF-N Actuator comes with a servo motor, has less than 1 arc.min of backlash and lost motion, and is grease-sealed. It has been used in various applications such as palletizing equipment, assembly lines, stacker cranes, and pipe bending machines. The product is available in different models with varying output power, reduction ratio, and torque.
