Vibratory Feeders – Action Vibratory Equipment
ACTION offers a wide range of performance-proven vibratory feeders.
Like all ACTION vibratory equipment, each feeder is designed with the appropriate stroke, RPM, and inclination for efficient conveying and metering of bulk materials. Compatible hoppers, gates, screen sections, distribution domes, and other components can be integrated.
Vibration Isolation
Isolation springs minimize the transfer of dynamic loads to support structures/foundations and can be either foot-mounted or arranged for suspension support.
Centrifugal Feeder Motor
Feeder motors generate vibrations mechanically via adjustable eccentric weights attached to a rotating shaft. Motor mounting is above, below, or on the trough side with operating speeds to suit the application.
In-feed Configurations
Material containment is achieved with skirting “high sides” and distribution with material spreader domes.
Drive Adapter
Internally reinforced with a network of full-depth stiffeners for reliable, long-life operation.
Trough Material & Shape
Generously sized standard or custom troughs can be furnished in carbon steel, stainless steel, or abrasion-resistant materials with finishes to suit. Specially designed feeders can be configured in a wide variety of widths, depths, lengths, shapes, and thicknesses to suit application requirements.
Optional Screen Section
Screening while conveying adds utility. All screen sections are modular, easily changeable, and available in a variety of media types such as TAPER-SLOT® Screen, wire mesh, perforated plate, wedge wire, polyurethane or rubber, rod or bar elements, grizzly scalper, and more.
Supports
Structural steel supports are individually designed to meet elevation requirements.
Impact/Wear Liner
Liners protect the underlying structure from wear and can be welded or bolted.
Dynamic Balancing
Eliminates costly and bulky support structures.
Rugged Construction
Frames are rigid with longitudinal and transverse reinforcing members.
