Quick, easy, and clean “vacuum packaging” from vacuum degassing to seal completion

Anyone can easily vacuum pack sachet rice bags.
The special molding forming case enables vacuum forming of multiple pieces at one time. In addition, the flat bottom design makes cleaning and maintenance easy. Equipped with a high-performance vacuum pump, the machine can also vacuum pack other items than rice, such as beans and cereals.

Point 1 : Easy operation that anyone can use immediately
The operation panel is pre-set with courses for different types of bags, such as lamination, Japanese paper, craft, etc. The machine can be used immediately after installation.

Point 2 : Convenient vacuum level setting for stable vacuum packaging
Vacuum level can be selected from vacuum time (seconds) and vacuum pressure (%). The vacuum pressure can be fine-tuned in 0.1% increments, allowing anyone to vacuum-pack with the same results at any time.

Point 3: High basic performance and long continuous operation
Equipped with an oil-sealed rotary vacuum pump, the machine can vacuum pack at a vacuum level of 4 TOLL or less (0.6 Kpa). Continuous operation for a long time is possible.

Point 4: Economical and excellent sealing performance
The sealing system is an economical impulse type. The cylinder airbag system maintains high sealing pressure at all times. The machine can also be used for vacuum gusset bags of kraft composition.

Point 5: Transparent domed chamber for easy inspection
The transparent domed chamber allows you to check the vacuum packing status at any time and from any direction.

Point 6: Easy to clean! Flat bottom design
The flat bottom design of the chamber chamber makes it easy to clean rice grains and rice shavings from daily operation.
