Point 1 : Fully automatic and speedy vacuum forming
When connected to an existing weighing and packaging machine, vacuum forming can be performed fully automatically. Vacuum forming is possible at a speed of 5 to 6 bags per minute (for 5 kg bags).
Point 2 : Applicable to bag sizes from 300g to 10kg
The machine is applicable to rice bags of various sizes (300g to 10kg). Other cereals can also be vacuum-formed.
Point 3 : Unique vibration for beautiful finish
During vacuum forming, a unique vibration causes the rice inside to lie flat, resulting in a smooth surface and beautiful finish. This is also effective in preventing pinholes.
Point 4 : Gas displacement device can be installed
The first machine of this type with a gas displacement device is also available.
Point 5 : Pinhole-resistant vacuum rice bag Vacuum SG Pack
MARUTAKA’s vacuum SG-Pack uses a newly developed “pinhole-resistant special film.
The unique shape of the top and bottom corners makes it a pinhole-resistant no-pin bag, and it is also suitable for post-printing, making it the ideal high-performance rice bag for Buckmaster.
