Uncompromised Flip-Flow Screening for Extreme Materials

The VIBRA-SNAP® Flip-Flow Screen is an effective alternative to conventional rigid deck screeners for the efficient processing of difficult materials. It is ideally suited for screening moist, sticky, fibrous, wet, and bulk materials with a high percentage of fines or near-size particles. Flexible polyurethane screens tension and relax to generate high material accelerations via ACTION’s patented polyurethane screen mat geometry and connection system. Single- and multi-deck options are available.

The VIBRA-SNAP® Flip-Flow Screen

The VIBRA-SNAP® Flip-Flow Screen is designed with the user in mind, and a long list of common issues with other flip-flow screens have been eliminated. The VIBRA-SNAP® Flip-Flow Screen uses oversized components and proprietary design features to reduce wear, minimize maintenance, and increase screening efficiency.

Reinforced Load Plate
The VIBRA-SNAP® Screens are usually fed directly with a belt conveyor. This heavy-duty solid steel formed section is capable of handling impacting loads and is bolted for ease of replacement.

Vibration Isolation
Isolation springs minimize the transfer of dynamic loads to support structures and foundations.

Removable Hooding
Flexible or rigid hooding for material and dust containment are common, with optional ports for dust evacuation.

Rubber Shear Element
Specially compounded elastomeric elements with generous cross-sections operate at low stress levels for long life.

Energy Efficient Centrifugal Drive
A pair of adjustable flywheels imparts a force to the main frame of the VIBRA-SNAP® Screen. Only the screen mats and materials to be processed are subjected to higher accelerations.

Sympathetic Balancer
Often referred to as the second moving mass, the independent balancer moves in opposition to the main frame to minimize the transfer of dynamic loads and provide for the alternately tensioning and relaxing of flexible screen mats.

Screen Mat Side Sealing
Screen mat side sealing prevents material leakage, screen mat edge wear, and mixing of oversized particles with the screened fraction. The active side curvature flips material towards the unit center and away from the side sealing area.
