Battleship Tough Vibratory Finger Screen

The innovative long-stroke TAPER-SLOT® Vibratory Screen is designed to excel in challenging applications that conventional vibratory screens cannot handle. It is ideally suited for non-uniform and difficult-to-screen bulk materials. The combination of long-stroke vibratory action and screen design provides a smooth, continuous material flow and efficient separations.

For stickier applications, including C&D materials, you can now select a SUB-PAN FREE® long-stroke TAPER-SLOT® Screen with classified fractions discharging directly into a bunker or onto a take-away conveyor. The SUB-PAN FREE® option is the ideal choice for sticky applications, eliminating material build-up, wear, and related sub-pan maintenance tasks.

Load Plate

The Load Plate is heavily reinforced and bolted, and comes in a variety of lengths to suit your needs. It can be used with an excavator, loader, grapple, or belt conveyor for direct loading.

Vertical Drop

The TAPER-SLOT® Screen features a material cascade, or “waterfall”, at the mid-point to turnover material and increase downstream screening efficiency.

TAPER-SLOT® Screen

The TAPER-SLOT® Screen offers long-stroke vibratory action and a unique screen design for smooth, continuous material flow and efficient separations. Longer pieces that enter an aperture are conveyed downstream for discharge with the oversize, instead of free-falling into the screened fraction.

Collecting-Pan Access / Clean-Out Port

The Collecting-Pan Access / Clean-Out Port allows for easy access to the collecting-pan for cleaning and maintenance.

Vibration Isolation

Vibration Isolation springs minimize the transfer of dynamic loads to support structures and foundations.

Sympathetic Balancer

The Sympathetic Balancer, or second moving mass, moves oppositely to the shaft-driven trough to actively reduce dynamic loads.

Long Stroke Reaction Spring

The Long Stroke Reaction Spring allows for efficient screening of a wide range of bulk materials, and eliminates the need for substantial unit declines, thus saving valuable elevation.

Stabilizer Arms

Stabilizer Arms are fitted with precision-machined torsion bushings to control trough motion.

Collecting-Pan & Liner

The Collecting-Pan collects and conveys the screened fraction to a single discharge point, and is commonly lined with stainless steel or flexible polyurethane to minimize wear and material adherence. ACTION also offers a SUB-PAN FREE™ for applications where extreme material adherence is anticipated.
