This cost-effective and energy-efficient equipment utilizes three motors to achieve all functions. With a tray measuring 2,500mm (width) by 2,500mm (depth), it can handle a maximum load of 2,000kg, catering to a wide range of needs. This vertical lifting machine, known as the Trailer Lifter, is exempt from the regulations of the Building Standards Act, making it more affordable and quicker to install than cargo elevators. It offers a new type of vertical lifting mechanism, perfectly suited for various applications. The Trailer Lifter ensures absolute safety as the cargo handling is done on the floor. Its low-profile design allows for easy loading with trolleys, cargo dollies, or hand lifts, without the need for a pit. The layout versatility of the Trailer Lifter allows for both C and Z configurations. Equipped with foldable gates on the outer doors, it ensures safe operation. Unlike elevators, the Trailer Lifter does not require confirmation applications or final inspections, enabling easy installation in existing buildings. It also does not require mandatory inspections, resulting in lower running costs. Periodic inspections will be conducted by our company based on the contract. We also offer customized products for special environments, such as explosion-proof, stainless steel, and cold-resistant specifications.
