434 MHz embedded radio modem for data transmission up to a few km or more
The SLR-434M smart modem is a compact and easy-to-use embedded radio modem operating in the 434 MHz ISM band. It allows for conventional FSK mode communication and also communication using LoRa® mode, providing long range at a lower bit rate.
With its high receiving sensitivity, it is possible to transmit up to a few kilometers or more with line of sight using low RF output power.
By connecting to an external CPU or PC with a UART interface, the user can send data or design simple control systems using Circuit Design’s dedicated command protocol for industrial applications. It is also possible to process up to eight switching signals.
Applications include data transmission, telemetry, and telecontrol.
* Under certain conditions, when LoRa modulation is used in conjunction with a low data rate, higher sensitivity is achieved and longer range becomes possible. When used in conventional FSK mode, up to 600 m (LOS) range should be expected.
The SLR-434M contains a Semtech’s LoRa® wireless RFIC.

The “KST2.4S” is a 6-contact input unit that wirelessly transmits external contact (on/off) signals. The input voltage ranges from 6 to 24 VDC, while the operating voltage is between 6 and 24 VDC. When combined with the “KSR2.4” 6-contact output unit, which has momentary, toggle, and one-shot output modes, communication over a distance of 50 to 100 m can be achieved in less than 70 ms.

2.4 GHz FCC Part 15 certified embedded radio module for shutter open-close control switch
The NK-2.4Y is a 2.4 GHz embedded telecommand module that can transmit 8 on/off switching signals incorporating CRC-16 error detection for error-free communication. A Hamming distance of 6 helps to minimize any malfunctions.
By setting one module as input mode and another as output mode, it is possible to drive a maximum of eight outputs from eight inputs. For example, you can connect switches/buttons to the input module and control relays or motors at the output module.
The NK-2.4Y switches between transmit and receive rapidly, allowing two-way communication between input and output module to constantly monitor the communication link status. By displaying this link status as an output signal from the module, this will help the user stay within the signal coverage area. Frequency hopping minimizes interference from other nearby radio systems on the 2.4 GHz band. There is no need to manage any channels, and multiple system operation in the same area is possible.
Low voltage and current consumption allow the module to operate on 2 x 1.5 V or 1 x lithium coin battery.
Communication is 1:1 only ((1:N or N:1 not possible).
Note: The external antenna is not included with the NK-2.4Y. If required, please specify the antenna to be used. Refer to the antenna list here.
When the internal pattern antenna is used, please make sure to short the ANT select jumper on the board.
