Adoption of double filter

In addition to a pneumatic filter, two types of mechanical filters (Co and Ni) are used to ensure accurate measurement even when combining coatings and substrates with adjacent atomic numbers, such as Ni on Cu and Cu on Zn.

5 types of collimators built-in

Five collimators of 0.1, 0.2, 0.5, 1.0, and 2.0 mmφ are built in as standard.
In addition, 0.05 mmφ and 0.05 mmφ × 0.5 mmφ collimators are available as options.

Maintenance by self-diagnosis function

The automatic diagnosis function quickly resolves equipment troubles.
It also supports maintainability by displaying the X-ray tube usage time and remaining life time.

Control Software ExWin

Operation is performed with the ExWin control software on a Windows PC for easy operation. Data can be easily imported with spreadsheet software, etc.

Statistical Processing Functions

Various statistics and graphs can be displayed and printed.

Be Window X-ray Tube

Be-window X-ray tube can be used for measurement with small collimator such as 0.05mmφ, and measurement of light elements such as Ti and Cr can be done with high accuracy.
