High-quality rice polishing technology

The built-in turbo suction fan efficiently draws a large amount of outside air into the rice-polishing chamber while polishing rice, thereby suppressing the rise in polishing temperature (low-temperature polishing) and discharging the nuka generated during polishing along with the drawn in outside air.
In addition, the inside of the milling chamber is designed with a unique technology to prevent cracks and broken rice, resulting in a very high rice milling yield.
In addition, the use of large-diameter milling rolls allows the rice to be ground and polished carefully at low rotation speeds while maintaining high efficiency, resulting in white, glossy rice that looks beautiful and has no blemishes on the rice surface.

The features of each model are as follows

1. Type 1

This is a high-spec basic model that includes a rice polishing machine and a stone separator.
Brown rice is placed in the hopper of the Ishin-Nuke machine. The stoner is highly accurate in sorting, and even pebbles such as sand grains are removed without fail. The large size of the Ishin-Nuke machine, which has been developed based on plant technology, has been downsized to maintain stable accuracy over long periods of operation. Brown rice that has undergone the stonecutting process is transported by a bucket-type elevator and polished. The high exit position of the rice milling machine enables direct loading of rice into rice bags.

2. Type 3

This is the highest model in the series that includes a rice milling machine body, a stone remover, and a high-precision selector. This high-spec all-in-one model is also equipped with a special elevator for bagging as standard.
Like Type 1, this model polishes rice after first removing stones from brown rice, and the brown rice is placed in the hopper of the Ishin-Nuke machine. The stone separator has high sorting accuracy, and even pebbles such as sand grains are removed without fail. The large size of the Ishin-Nuke machine, which has been developed based on plant technology, has been downsized to maintain stable accuracy over long periods of operation. Brown rice that has undergone the stonecutting process is transported by a bucket-type elevator and polished. After polishing, a high-precision selector removes immature rice and other small grains to produce uniform white rice, which is then packed in bags using a small elevator equipped as standard equipment.
