Unlike most ovens, LEMACOM electric deck ovens are equipped with steam generators in all stages. In addition, steam is made into hot water in the steam box and then sprayed as steam, so the temperature inside the cabinet is not lowered more than necessary.
Since baking with steam is possible on all tiers, the oven produces a glossy, fragrant baking result on all tiers!
Generally, steam is generated by dropping water droplets into the chamber. This temporarily lowers the temperature inside the oven and prevents baking at a constant temperature.
LEMACOM deck ovens evenly distribute high-temperature steam to ensure even baking.
Artificial stone with high heat resistance, mechanical strength, and safety is used for the furnace floor plate!
The use of artificial stones with high heat resistance, mechanical strength, and safety makes it difficult for the temperature inside the oven to drop and allows the dough to be heated effectively. For products that are baked directly on the hearth, such as French bread, heat is slowly transmitted from the center, producing the best baking results in terms of internal volume and surface browning.

Deck ovens take time to preheat. By setting the automatic start timer, the oven automatically turns on at the set time and the temperature rises to the set temperature. The timer can be easily set with simple operation.

Both the upper and lower heat can be adjusted in 10 steps. The temperature can be raised slowly and gradually, or raised to the set temperature all at once with high heat to achieve the desired baking results.

A large glass window allows you to clearly check baking conditions!
Compared to ordinary ovens, the glass window is larger, making it easier to check the inside of the oven. This is an excellent design for delicate baking.

The lower opening door can be used as a door stand to temporarily place baked bread for efficient operation.
