Satake’s Dryer is equipped with full color touch panel and automatic control software. The Satake developed software provides full automatic drying operation to dry down the product to the target moisture with an ideal drying pattern to achieve the low crack rate after drying.
2. Single Grain Moisture Meter
High accuracy single grain moisture meter (Made in Japan) capable of continuously measuring every kernel. Measurement stability is immune to immature grains containing high moisture content. Any foreign materials ingress during measurement, are discharged automatically.
3. Outside Humidity Sensor
In addition to ambient temperature sensor, humidity sensor is also equipped to collect more information to calculate ideal drying pattern and speed.
