FEATURES
The Air series features safety-conscious design.
(1) Double-switch button
A double switch button is employed, which is not activated unless both hands are pressed at the same time. This prevents the operator from being caught in the middle of the work.
(2) Safety cover
When the switch button is pressed, the transparent cover is lowered first, followed by the shaft. This prevents the shaft from being caught during operation.

A new lever-type mechanism realizes processing capacity equivalent to that of large machines.
Peeling can be done at an amazing speed of approximately 2 to 3 seconds per peel.
Peels up to approx. 97% of the outer peel without wasting any peel because it peels up with 12 blades at once. *Some peeling may be left on extremely curved carrots or carrots with extremely thick and thin parts.
Carrots can be peeled only by replacing the blade unit.

High Capacity Milling Separator
The Satake Milling Separator SFI an all purpose separator for the cleaning of cereal grains, such as rice, wheat, maize (corn), rye, oats, etc. The oscillation of the double deck sieves efficiently removes both large or coarse material, and fine impurities from the grain being cleaned.
The SFI is available as a Silo rice, (elevator) Intake Separator for high capacities and as a Milling Separator, to provide a more precise separation.
The SFI can be used with a simple exhaust or can be matched to either a SCA Closed Circuit Aspirator or an open circuit aspirator.
