A new lever-type mechanism realizes processing capacity equivalent to that of large machines.
Peeling can be done at an amazing speed of approximately 2 to 3 seconds per peel.
Peels up to approx. 97% of the outer peel without wasting any peel because it peels up with 12 blades at once. *Some peeling may be left on extremely curved carrots or carrots with extremely thick and thin parts.
Carrots can be peeled only by replacing the blade unit.
For long potatoes, potatoes, sweet potatoes, etc., about 80% of the outer skin can be peeled, depending on the shape of the carrot.
