The “Electric suction sorter” is a highly efficient machine for removing foreign substances such as hair and thread from food, grains, and other small particles. It features a static electricity roller and air suction technology, making it ideal for the final inspection process of various products. The machine can easily remove up to 100% of hair and other small particles, even those that are difficult to detect with the naked eye. It is suitable for a variety of applications, such as pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals. The VE-3A and VE-3B models have vibration trough widths of 690mm and 390mm, respectively, and can process approximately 150kg/h and 100kg/h depending on the product. This machine is perfect for large-scale production and quality control.
