Revolutionize your wet food sorting process with our patented technology, featuring full-color CCD cameras and optional infrared and shape recognition capabilities. Our waterproof design allows for easy cleaning, while automatic threshold creation can store up to 99 programs for maximum efficiency.
Introducing the Color Sorter UDW-1, a wet food color sorting machine with a full-color 3CCD camera that is washable in its entirety. Our patented wind-powered sorting technology is utilized for maximum efficiency. The full-color CCD camera detects defects in the product from both top and bottom directions, detecting defects as small as 0.2mm x 0.2mm. When removing same-colored foreign objects that are difficult to distinguish with the color camera, an infrared camera can be added as an option. Additionally, a shape recognition camera can be added as an option to detect size and shape defects. When the camera detects defects or foreign objects, the ejector (air gun) sprays compressed air to remove them. The entire device is waterproof, allowing for easy cleaning. By manually inputting the product’s color range and the color range of the defective product, the threshold can be automatically created. Up to eight thresholds can be set for one product, and up to 99 programs can be stored.

Are you looking for a sorting machinery product?
When selecting sorting machinery for your company’s needs, there are several important points to consider during the comparison and evaluation process.
1. Sorting Capacity
Assess the sorting machinery’s capacity to handle the required volume of materials efficiently within your production demands.
2. Sorting Accuracy
Compare the accuracy of different sorting machinery in identifying and categorizing items based on size, shape, color, weight, or other criteria.
3. Speed and Throughput
Evaluate the sorting speed and throughput of the machines to ensure they can meet your production targets and minimize bottlenecks.
4. Sorting Criteria
Check if the sorting machinery can be customized or adjusted to sort based on specific criteria relevant to your manufacturing process.
5. Maintenance and Service
Consider the maintenance requirements and availability of service and support for the sorting machinery to ensure smooth operations.
6. Integration and Compatibility
Ensure that the sorting machinery can integrate seamlessly into your existing production line or processes.
7. Size and Footprint
Compare the size and footprint of different sorting machines to ensure they fit appropriately within your production facility.
8. Cost and Return on Investment (ROI)
Evaluate the initial cost of the sorting machinery and calculate the potential ROI based on increased efficiency and reduced labor costs.
9. Safety Features
Check for safety features, such as emergency stop buttons, safety guarding, and compliance with relevant safety standards.
