Spiral Conveyors

Spiral conveyors are suitable for customers who want a conveyor with less trouble and maintenance. They are sealed, hygienic, and odorless, making them ideal for conveying sewage treatment plants, pumping stations, and sludge dehydration cakes, as well as industrial waste, residues, and raw materials in all industrial fields. The shaftless screw eliminates entanglement and rotation of the material being conveyed on the rotating shaft, resulting in fewer problems such as clogging and retention, and higher conveying capacity compared to a shafted conveyor. Additionally, the maximum diameter of the material to be conveyed can be increased. The spiral is made of corrosion- and wear-resistant special steel, and the liner is made of wear-resistant ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, enabling long-term maintenance-free operation.
