The Orki18 peels citrus fruits and kiwis with a capacity of up to 18 fruits per minute. The peeling machine prepares the fruits for further processing. Due to the adjustable peeling depth, it enables a high yield.

Adjustable peeling depth for perfectly peeled fruits
The peeling depth can be adapted to different products in order to remove the peel with as little residue as possible while achieving a high yield. The settings also enable the peel to be removed optimally in accordance with the different peel thickness at the two ends of the fruit, as is the case with oranges, for example.
Simultaneous processing of various fruits
Thanks to the adjustable peeling depth and the two peeling lines working simultaneously, various products can be processed at the same time.
Optimal accessibility for fast cleaning and maintenance
Wide-opening doors at the front and rear of the machine enable optimal access for cleaning and maintenance work. During machine operation, work safety is ensured by contact protection by means of a light curtain.
