Innovative Polishing Method

Eight abrasive brushes rotate and swivel to polish from multiple directions. The workpiece is hardly scratched and secondary burrs are not generated.
Because the brush rotation axis of the Metal Aesthetics 1300 is eccentric and does not intersect the swivel axis (patented technology), the abrasive brushes can hit workpieces flowing in any area on the conveyor at various angles, allowing for uniform polishing.

Up to 45 combinations of elevation, conveyor speed, and rotor speed (5 groups x 9 units) can be registered.

High performance dust collector manufactured in-house
