Sensor Technology
This machine uses a unique multispectral NIR sensor to scan each and every product to be sorted. This optical technology allows for unobstructed scanning of the products to be sorted and allows for sorting in high-volume processing lines. Our NIR sensor detects typical foreign objects from the field such as dirt clods, stones, wood chips, and metal fragments at a high level. The machine is designed to avoid bruising or other damage to good products. Good products pass through the machine intact, while foreign objects such as dirt clods and stones are accurately removed from the flow of good products by the finger-type ejector.
