3-step warming temperature changeover “71°C/73°C/75°C” to choose from
Manual rice cooking” allows the selection of the restaurant’s own rice cooking level.
In addition to the standard rice cooking course, the “Manual Rice Cooking” function allows the user to select the degree of rice cooking.
By simply changing the level of the pre-cooking, heat, temperature, and rinsing processes, the hardness of the rice and the state of the rice can be adjusted to suit your preferences.
