The F1 uses a long bristle laceration brush to carefully brush the rice without damaging the umami layer, resulting in delicious rice with absolutely no loss of flavor.
Even polished rice will be slightly cloudy, but this is due to the starch, which is the source of sweetness, dissolved in the water.
