The KBS-4S has a recommended oil capacity of at least 10 litres greater than the fryer you are filtering. With no manual handling of hot oil, labour is saved and fryer vat cleaning is reduced to a matter of minutes. The two-stage filtering process prolongs the life of your oil by at least 50%, effectively halving your oil costs. The KBS-4S has a capacity of 50 litres and roller pump capacity of 16 litres per minute with a max speed of 1475 rpm.
