Foreign material sorting equipment integrated with a vibration sorter, which uses the difference in shape and mass between the raw material and the foreign material for sorting.

Fine adjustment of airflow while watching the differential pressure gauge makes it easy to sort heavy debris (stones, glass, wood chips, etc.).
By controlling the differential pressure in the main body of the sorting chamber, the air volume can be easily adjusted, and light debris (vinyl, hair, thread, etc.) can be sorted out with a stable air volume. In addition, the balance between airflow and exhaust airflow is automatically controlled at any set value, eliminating problems such as blowout.
Light debris is collected by cyclone and can be visually checked.
Parts requiring disassembly and cleaning can be removed without tools.

Material falling from the exit of the vibratory feeder is charged by corona discharge from the charging bar, adsorbed by the charging roll directly below, and rotates and moves downward.
Since the charged roll is connected to ground, the electrostatic force of the product decreases as it rotates, and the weight of the product peels off from the roll and falls into the collection bin. On the other hand, foreign materials (such as vinyl pieces, hairs, and tegus, etc.), which are lightweight and difficult to lose electrostatic force, remain adsorbed on the roll and move behind the roll. Here, they are collected by suction nozzles and sorted.

The material fed into the rotating drum is charged by the needle electrodes inside, and relatively light foreign materials (hair, vinyl pieces, etc.) are absorbed by the inner surface of the drum and carried upward to be collected by the suction nozzles.
On the other hand, materials of a certain weight are peeled off and dropped by gravity and transported to the product outlet. High Capacity Milling Separator
The Satake Milling Separator SFI an all purpose separator for the cleaning of cereal grains, such as rice, wheat, maize (corn), rye, oats, etc. The oscillation of the double deck sieves efficiently removes both large or coarse material, and fine impurities from the grain being cleaned.
The SFI is available as a Silo rice, (elevator) Intake Separator for high capacities and as a Milling Separator, to provide a more precise separation.
The SFI can be used with a simple exhaust or can be matched to either a SCA Closed Circuit Aspirator or an open circuit aspirator.
