Cleaning time

24 hours during normal operation, followed by overblowing until the circulating water is clean (usually 24 hours).

Special note

Cooling water systems operating at high concentration should be forced to blow to reduce the concentration (2 to 3 times or less than the electrical conductivity of the supply water) before cleaning.
Depending on the contamination in the system and the input amount, foaming may occur, so please prepare Krilez Mini 505 antifoaming agent (about 100 mg/L of holding water).

Precautions for use

• If there are plants or trees around the cooling tower, protect them from splashing water (e.g., by covering them with plastic sheets).
• When discharging into an activated sludge-type sewage treatment system, dilute the solution sufficiently. Alternatively, measure the residual concentration of the main component of SUPER ACE FL with a CHECKLE KS test paper, add a small amount of CLI CHEMICAL K-300 (main component: enzyme) at about 1/10 of the residual concentration and circulate for about 30 minutes. This will decompose the cleaning agent, eliminate the effects of chemicals, and lower COD.
• Foaming may occur in the reaction of Kurichemical K-300 and Super Ace FL, so please prepare a defoaming agent Kuriles Mini 505 in advance.
• Cleaning wastewater cannot be discharged directly into fishponds, agricultural waterways, or drinking water sources.
• When discharging into rivers or sewage, please dilute it below the regulation value according to local ordinances.
