The non-contact scanning and non-contact reception enables defect detection by visualizing ultrasonic waves transmitted through complex geometries such as curved surfaces, steps, and narrow spaces.
The combination of a laser, galvanometer scanner, and laser ultrasonic receiver enables high-speed, non-contact scanning and microscopic inspection.
The measurement stage and laser oscillator can be moved back and forth, left and right, and the focal distance of the laser oscillator’s built-in polymer lens can be adjusted motor-driven.
