Continuous Low-Speed, High-Concentration Conveying System Using a High-Seal Feeder

HSF has a low conveying speed of 4 to 6 m/s, so there is almost no crushing of powder and continuous conveying is possible, resulting in high conveying efficiency.

Continuous Conveying

There is no need to feed powder/pellets into a pressure vessel, transport, and then feed powder/pellets. Compared to batch conveying, the energy efficiency is higher, and the constant mixing ratio allows for stable continuous conveying.

Low Cost and Energy Saving

Air leakage is extremely small, and the conveying piping diameter can be reduced, resulting in significant reductions in both installation and maintenance costs. There is no need to install a pressure vessel under the hopper.
