Massive high-pressure pumping

Ideal for long-distance transportation of delicate powders and powders that cannot be crushed.

Main Transported Items

We transport granulated carbon, bentonite, casting sand, shell sand, pulverized coal, calcium carbonate, alumina, dyes, pigments, aluminum hydroxide, and starch.

HAF System

The HAF system uses static pressure of the conveying air to push and move the transported powder in the form of a plug. The HAF transport speed is as low as 4 to 6 m/s, so there is almost no crushing of the powder. This system is ideal for low-crushing, long-distance, high-volume conveying.

New Mechatronic System

The combination of the HAF system and the New Mechatronic System can achieve optimum high-precision conveying. Pressure sensors and boost nozzles are installed throughout the entire transport pipe. Automatic control detects the pressure difference between plugs and supplies the minimum amount of boost air to the optimum point, thereby realizing “ultra-low speed, low crushing conveying” without the risk of blockage.
