Accumulation for PTP Intermittent horizontal cartoner
The purpose of this machine is to pack 100 to 1,000 PTP tablets in a single unit, and its structural design meets the basic requirements of GMP. In order to minimize human error, the female part of the mold changer is designed to be applied to the female side of the mold to ensure that it can be locked in the same place, and the position adjustment is numerically controlled by digital positioning. To ensure higher quality, a slide is provided at the bottom of the conveyor to ensure that products and attached documents fall to the operator’s side. SUS and aluminum are used as materials to improve quality.

Continuous cartoner with balcony structure and rotary forced carton raising
Carton removal is performed by applying the conventional rotary system. After carton removal, the carton is fed by the timing belt, and after being temporarily raised by a suction cup, the side of the carton is bent 90° or 180° while being sucked by the suction cup, and then placed in the finger bucket. This allows the carton to be forcibly erected while in motion, eliminating wasted space and ensuring that the carton is in contact with the belt, guides, and finger buckets before it is discharged, thereby achieving reliable carton transport. The intermediate bucket for mold change parts is a one-touch type, leading to shorter mold change time.
