Flat Belt End Drive or Flat Belt Mid Drive

This flat belt drive is designed with a pinch drive and low belt tension to virtually eliminate belt stretch and provide maintenance-free operation. It features a two-halve design with one fastener per side, allowing the cover to pivot for fast belt change. It also has a T-slot for flexible mounting, spring tensions belt around drive pulley for 180° of wrap, and a low profile height for compact miniature design. Additionally, it is certified for use in medical and pharmaceutical clean room applications and has a backlit capability with an LED light for inspection and quality control.
