Compressor (Screw Type Press)

This machine is designed to compress and reduce the volume of materials with low specific gravity, thus reducing transportation costs for trucks and other vehicles. We also have experience in improving bagging yields by compressing our customers’ powder products. A gate is installed directly below the input port to allow for emergency discharge of the object in the event of a jam.

Standard Screw Conveyor
Various shapes of spiral blades are available depending on the material to be conveyed. We also offer conveyor blades that have been buffed and polished, sprayed, hardfaced, or treated with Teflon, anodized aluminum, etc.

Heat-Resistant and Ultra-High Temperature Type Screw Conveyor
This is used for feeding and discharging various types of furnaces such as melting furnaces and for discharging boiler dust (sintering dust). Cooling is performed to protect the equipment, and air or water is used as the cooling medium.

Cooling Screw Conveyor
This conveyor is designed to cool conveyed materials to a predetermined temperature. We set up the equipment based on the conditions of the materials to be conveyed, the cooling water conditions, and the throughput.

For 70 years, we have been making screws, and our people and technology are the source of all our success.

Ito Kosakusho has been manufacturing screw conveyors for more than 70 years since its establishment. We design, manufacture, and sell standard products as well as prototypes and experimental products. Our products are characterized by the ability to combine a variety of additional functions such as heating, cooling, mixing, separating, classifying, humidifying, drying, and fixed quantity cutting to suit the customer’s application. Our products are also highly evaluated and trusted both domestically and internationally even under severe conditions such as ultra-high temperature and pressure, and we have our own technologies for processing large spirals of φ3000 and ultra-thick spirals of 200 mm in thickness.
