Compact 100W Laser Cleaner – Kokyo Inc.
Industrial Laser Equipment, Industrial Machinery, Laser Cleaning MachineCompact 100W Laser Cleaner – Kokyo Inc.
We have completely renewed our customizable 100W laser cleaner.
By fundamentally reviewing the configuration, we have made the product size and weight much smaller and lighter to improve mobility, and have achieved a reasonable and competitive price compared to competitors’ products of equivalent size. The laser emitting part is a handy type that can be held in one hand.
Laser cleaner, also called laser rust remover, laser blast, laser scraper, laser paint stripper, laser cleaner, or laser degreaser, is a device that can remove rust, etc. on metal by laser.
The average output power of the laser is as high as 100W, so even stubborn stains can be removed.
At the laser focus point, the beam intensity can reach 1000 kW/cm2 or more (up to several tens of megawatts/cm2), making it possible to remove even cement adhering to metal.
Since this laser cleaner product is developed in-house, both software and hardware can be customized.SKU: n/a -

CW 500W Laser Cleaner – Kokyo Inc.
Industrial Laser Equipment, Industrial Machinery, Laser Cleaning MachineCW 500W Laser Cleaner – Kokyo Inc.
The new CW Operation replaces the conventional Pulsed Operation, and the addition of a special optical design module has improved the laser focusing intensity by more than 20 times compared to our conventional 100W Pulsed Laser Cleaner.
These are the result of design and development by laser experts at Kohkyoki, and they achieve a higher laser focusing intensity than kW-class CW laser cleaners.
All of the above features are contained in a size of 525 mm (W) x 720 mm (D) x 385 mm (H) (not including the protruding parts). This size is easy to maneuver and can significantly reduce the workload.SKU: n/a -

UV Laser Cleaner – Kokyo Inc.
Industrial Laser Equipment, Industrial Machinery, Laser Cleaning MachineUV Laser Cleaner – Kokyo Inc.
UV lasers have high photon energy and cause photolysis processing, in which molecular bonds are directly dissociated on the irradiated surface.
Compared to thermal decomposition processing, this product has a sharper finish with less stain residue on the surface and minimizes damage to the base material.
In particular, the use of a UV laser can effectively remove stains from organic materials (oil, resist, etc.) on inorganic materials and materials that are easily decomposed by UV light.
In addition, by focusing the objective lens through the galvanometer scanner, it is possible to form a fine spot diameter of several micrometers or less for pinpoint and limited cleaning.
By removing the objective lens unit, it is possible to clean an area up to 300 mm square.SKU: n/a
Are you looking for a Laser Cleaning Machine product?
When selecting Laser Cleaning Machine for your company’s needs, there are several important points to consider during the comparison and evaluation process.
1. Quality and Performance
Evaluate the quality and performance of Laser Cleaning Machines. Examine factors such as cleaning efficiency, speed, and the ability to remove contaminants effectively. High-quality machines ensure precise and thorough cleaning.
2. Cost and Value
Compare the costs associated with different Laser Cleaning Machines. Consider the initial purchase price, operational costs (e.g., power consumption, maintenance), and the overall value the machine provides for your cleaning needs.
3. Laser Source
Assess the type of laser source used in the cleaning machine. Options may include fiber lasers, solid-state lasers, or other types, each with specific advantages and applications.
4. Cleaning Capabilities
Determine the cleaning capabilities of the machine, including the types of contaminants it can remove (e.g., rust, paint, grease) and the range of materials it can clean (e.g., metals, stone, or composites).
5. Precision and Control
Consider the precision and control the laser cleaning machine offers. Precision is crucial for applications where delicate or intricate cleaning is required.
6. Safety Features
Check for safety features like laser safety interlocks, fume extraction, and protective enclosures to ensure operator safety and compliance with safety standards.
7. Maintenance and Support
Research the maintenance requirements and the level of technical support offered by the manufacturer. Timely maintenance and reliable support are essential for machine uptime.
