Inverter Compressor Improves Water Temperature Accuracy
The operating capacity of the compressor is controlled by an inverter according to the load to improve the water temperature accuracy of the cold water outlet water temperature and supply it to the load.

Controls up to 8 modules per group (maximum cooling capacity 480 kW)
Module control function is equipped as standard. No dedicated controller for controlling the number of modules is required. (The “system operation button” of the optional component of the “hand-held system operation kit” or input of operation commands from a remote location is required.

*Use the same combination of capacities for controlling the number of units. In the factory default setting of this model, the “number control cancel function” is enabled. If you want to use the “number control” function, set the “number control cancel function” to “OFF” and disable it.

Main module control functions
Number control function
The number of modules is controlled according to the load. (It is also possible to turn on/off all modules simultaneously without controlling the number of modules.

Rotation function
The operation time of each module is monitored, and each module is rotated so that the operation time is equalized. Priority can also be assigned to each module.

Operation in case of abnormal shutdown
The risk of complete shutdown can be avoided. When the first module (parent unit) stops abnormally, the first module itself is disconnected and operation is continued in the same way.

Setting the number of startup modules and limiting the number of modules in operation
The number of units to be started up at system startup can be set regardless of the load status. The minimum and maximum number of units during operation can also be limited, allowing selection of an operation method that matches the load and power conditions.

Hand-held system operation kit (optional component)
System operation/shutdown can be performed at the user’s hand.
This kit consists of a system operation/stop button and wiring for hand-held operation. Please install locally using the knockout holes.

Preparation of built-in active filter (AF) for harmonics countermeasures (for modification) (except models 90 and 150)

Expanded capacity control range
The lower limit of the capacity control range has been expanded by installing an inverter compressor. Even at low loads, chilled water can be supplied at a more stable outlet water temperature.

Demand function as standard equipment
Up to 5 functions can be selected from 7 functions: current demand / forced thermo OFF / maximum load limit / forced full load / 2 temperature switching / external set temperature / forced pump operation. Available for power saving measures.

Optional parts (connector kit: CCK-1) are required.
Equipped with double-tube condenser
The condenser is changed from a plate type to a double-tube type. Redundancy with respect to water quality has been improved.

Enables use in a wide range of temperatures so as not to be affected by the usage environment or cooling water temperature.
