Adoption of low GWP refrigerant [HFO] R1234yf
R1234yf is a refrigerant with a global warming potential*1 more than 99% lower than the conventional refrigerant R134a. The amount of refrigerant contained is equivalent to or less than that of the conventional machine (RCF_WZT1(C)), resulting in a significant reduction of environmental impact.

Product height has been reduced from 2,000 mm to 1,670 mm. The height of the product has been reduced from 2,000 mm to 1,670 mm, which allows for a wider range of height restrictions on delivery routes, such as machine room door frames, improving ease of delivery.

Highly Accurate Outlet Water Temperature Control
Continuous control uses a hydraulic slide valve control to infinitely control the operating capacity of the compressor according to the load and supply a stable outlet water temperature to the load. There is no need to operate at a water temperature lower than the predetermined temperature, allowing highly efficient operation. When the inlet water temperature fluctuates greatly in a short period of time, it is necessary to secure a large amount of water holding capacity.

Preventive maintenance against sudden compressor failure through systematic overhaul
Screw compressors can be overhauled for planned preventive maintenance.
Regular maintenance is essential to reduce the risk of sudden breakdowns and ensure stable equipment operation. The overhaul cycle of the compressor has been extended from 24,000 hours for the conventional compressor (compact type AZ5*1) to 40,000 hours. Maintenance costs are also reduced.

Refrigeration oil replacement and various inspections cycle: 2 years*2
