OPTICAL FOREIGN MATERIAL REMOVER FOR CUT VEGETABLE
Simultaneous Inspection by Full Color CCD cameras, Infra Red camera and Shape recognition camera.
■3CCD color cameras are scanning material from upper and lower side at the same time and detects up to 0.2mm×0.2mm area.
■Optional Infra Red camera can be equipped for detecting same color foreign material.
■In addition to Color / Infra Red cameras, shape recognition camera can be equipped for detecting the defects of size or shape.
■As soon as Camera detects Defect or Foreign Material, Ejector (Air Gun) blows High Pressure Air to reject them.
Easy Sanitizing
■Water proof Camera Cabinet enables washable and easy Sanitizing.
Automatic Sensitivity Set Up
■By Feeding Acceptable product and Defects or Impurity manually, sensitivities are created automatically. Maximum 8 sensitivities can be installed in one program and 99 programs are programmable.
