Full color 3CCD camera + Infra Red camera Two stage Sorting
The color sorter for light and indeterminate form spices. Dropping down the steep flat chute, processing the images using the full color 3CCD camera, this sorter precisely screens out foreign material up to the size of 0.2m/m in food.
Flat Chute and CCD camera
■Full Color 3CCD camera detects stalk and foreign material which has different color.
■Infra Red or Chlorophyll detecting Camera detects Foreign Material which has the similar color as good Product.
■High Angle Flat Chute can feed whatever type, shape and weight of Leafy Product smoothly to the Optical Area.
■5mm Ejector Pitch minimizes leaf in the Rejection.
Four Spectrum Analysis
■Full Color CCD camera detects Red, Blue and Green color and High Speed Processor analyses Brightness and Color Phase. The material, which has different Brightness or Color Phase from Product, is rejected.
■Even the Foreign Material has the same color as Product, it is detected by Infra Red or Ultra Violet Camera and rejected.
Easy Operation in Touch Screen
■99 Settings such as Color Sorting Mode, Foreign Material Rejection Mode, Green Tea Mode, Black Tea Mode, are programmable.
■12inch Touch Screen indicates Sensitivity, Feeding Speed and Color Area of Material during Operation.
■All ejectors can be checked manually and automatically in the Ejector Test Mode.
■Brightness of Lamp is monitored and Timing of replacement is indicated.
