With Tomahawk’s 40″ (1M) wide forming platform, productivity is greatly increased over narrower machines. Plus, Tomahawk engineers have incorporated exciting technological improvements that allow you to EXPECT MORE form you forming machine investment and operations.

The TM-1000 operates consistently and reliably up to 90 strokes per minute. Plus, when you adjust speed, the machine moves to the new setting without the delay or waste that occurs in traditional formers.

Allen Bradley Controls

Our system allows you to do fine alignment to the K.O. while running.
The linear encoder determines mold plate position for filling patties.
o Make small adjustments to the position of the mold plate to improve patty fill and weight.
Tomahawk offers all off the shelf Allen Bradley components.

Efficient Design

When a problem develops in the machine, a message appears on the operator panel describing the problem. This is a text message, not code that operators may not understand, and have to look up.

Tomahawk’s patented Shutter Technology provides an efficient design that optimizes product formation quality. By replacing the tube valve with the flat shutter plate, maintenance and operational cost are dramatically reduced.

Power Unit

Equipped with five pumps. Four controlling the hydraulic cylinders allowing for more consistent meat flow pressure, and one controlling the patented shutter valve technology.
