This product is a steam rack oven that can bake dough consistently, even dough that you thought could only be baked in a fixed oven.

Genoise, of course, as well as roll cake sheets rise beautifully, and pies puff up to a large size.
Doughs that were previously thought to be difficult to bake well in a rack oven can be floated and baked like in a fixed oven.

The oven can be rinsed with water for easy and efficient cleaning and to keep the oven clean at all times.
