Spiral Freezer

Our spiral freezer is a machine that makes full use of our “technical capabilities” that combine our “experience” cultivated through years of manufacturing with “data” obtained from the latest 3D CAD and fluid analysis. Line configurations that are not possible with straight conveyors are possible with our spiral freezer. The design can be freely adapted to the customer’s installation conditions and the processes before and after the conveyor. In addition, automation not only enables mass production and cuts labor and other costs, but also greatly reduces the risk of food poisoning and foreign material contamination by eliminating the need for human intervention between processes. The spiral freezer not only improves work efficiency, but also improves hygiene control.

Direct Drive Type
The direct drive system provides stable conveyance. Unlike conventional spindle drums, the belt is directly driven by the drum, eliminating conveyance errors. The use of a plastic belt not only reduces friction but also makes belt replacement easy in case of emergency. No welding machine or grinder is required. The customer can replace the necessary part by simply inserting and connecting rods in module units.

Structure (Specifications)
Direct drive system is adopted. The drive bar on the spindle drum directly engages the belt for conveyance, drastically reducing product disruption and conveyance problems. CIP cleaning (option) is a system that automatically cleans the inside of the chamber without disassembling the parts in the chamber. We will propose our original cleaning system.

Flexible Layout
Single tower: entrance/exit: bottom entry/top exit, entrance/exit: top loading, bottom unloading. Twin tower: entrance/exit: bottom entry/left.
