SP series – Tea Processing Machines – Hattori Seisakusho Co.LTD.

Packaged Tea Processing Machine

Vibrating sifter, rotary sifter, vacuum suction sorter, electro static fiber extractor, and leaf cutter are unified in one unit. This process the tea totally with only one machine.

Applying no reactive high speed vibrating sifter, this reduced the required installation space into almost 1/10th comparing with the same volume of process line before.

Because it is made airtight, the foreign materials are hard to be mixed, and it makes less noise. We can change the combination of the process as you need. There are many kind of type adapted to various process: SP-1 is equipped a rotary sifter and a cutter for large tea leaf, SP-2 is equipped a parallel sifter.

Revolution of Sencha Processing
Vibrating Sifter, Rotary Sifter, Electrostatic Fiber Extractor and Cutter are installed in one unit to minimize required space for Sencha processing. SP 1 contains Rotary Cutter , Electrostatic Fiber Extractor , Vacuum Sorter and Rotary Sifter. SP 1D has a Vibrating Sifter before Rotary Cutter to remove large leaves.

Process of SP-1D

Raw material is separated into three categories (thin leaf, fat leaf and extremely large leaf) by Vibrating Sifter. Thin leaf goes to Vacuum Sorter , Fat leaf goes to Rotary Cutter and Extremely large leaf is discharged to collect in a box. Fat leaf is cut by Rotary Cutter and goes to Vacuum Sorter. Vacuum Sorter sucks dust and powder and discharges from rotary valve. After Vacuum Sorter, leaf goes to Electrostatic Fiber Extractor and fibers and some stalks are removed. After Electrostatic Fiber Extractor, Tea goes to Rotary Sifter and separated in to 3 size.

Process of SP-2

SP-2 is the model which has no cutting process and increased capacity. Fat and Large leaf is removed by Vibrating Sifter and Rotary Sifter. Thin leaf goes to Vacuum Sorter and Electrostatic Fiber Extractor. Discharged Fat or Large leaf is cut by Super Cutter(HA300) and returned to Raw Material inlet or goes to SP1 and processed.

Applying no reactive high speed vibrating sifter, this reduced the required installation space into almost 1/10th comparing with the same volume of process line before.

SENVEC sorting machines have gained a reputation as dependable equipment and earned the support of customers around the globe since the invention of the electrostatic sorter and the establishment of our company.

We offer customizations for each of our sorting machine products to suit their respective applications in various fields such as food, medical, and chemical/industrial products. To determine the mechanical and electrical specifications that best meet our customers’ needs, we meticulously test provided samples multiple times. Additionally, we specialize in developing cameras for specific purposes and providing specialized sorting machines to customers who face foreign material contamination issues.

Our extensive experience in the development of sorting machines dates back to 1935 and encompasses a range of technologies, from electrostatic and color sorting to vacuum, visual processing, and optical characteristic sorting. With a wealth of accumulated know-how, we continue to develop new technologies and methods to meet the growing demands for sorting solutions in new fields and for new materials.

We understand the importance of timely service for our customers, and as such, we maintain a global network of 4 domestic branches and 9 overseas agents to provide quick servicing and support, minimizing production downtime even in the event of a breakdown.

Product

Our products are devided into four categories, such as color sorters(sorting by color or optical characters), vacuum suction sorters(sorting by weight), electrostatic sorters(sorting by friction charging phenomena) and sifters(sorting by shape or size), Each product is designed for food.
