Standard Hopper

The standard hopper is made of round stainless steel (SUS304) with a 2B material outer surface and flange, and a #400 polished inner surface. It is available in capacities of 10 to 100 liters, with a standard capacity of 20 liters. An agitator (bridge breaker) is available as an option to prevent bridging of materials that tend to bridge in the hopper. The rotation speed of the screw can be adjusted by an inverter. Various shapes of blades are also available depending on the powder characteristics. The hopper, screw feeder, and screw can be easily disassembled without tools, thanks to the super-speed disassembly mechanism.
