Custom-Made Conveyor

Our custom-made conveyor is designed to be tough enough to be used for many years even in harsh environments, such as high humidity and some underwater environments, and has semi-permanent durability. The speed can be adjusted to an inverter-mounted type with adjustable speed control. Stainless steel SUS304 is used as the standard specification for superior corrosion resistance and durability (other materials such as SUS316 with higher corrosion resistance are also available; please consult us). The conveyor is made of stainless steel plates thicker than those available commercially, and every single bolt is made of stainless steel. Furthermore, a waterproof motor is standard (downgrading to an indoor motor is also possible, so please consult us about your operating environment, etc.).

We are a manufacturer of creative equipment to support rice farmers.

Ishii Seisakusho is an agricultural machinery manufacturer born in Sakata City, Yamagata Prefecture in 1926.
The founder, Umizo Ishii, who was a temple carpenter at the time, thought that his skills could be useful to the people in the surrounding area, and began to create wooden agricultural machinery such as Chinese winnows, dust mills, and paddy field weeders. Since then, our company has been developing machinery requested by farmers in line with the progress and development of agriculture and with the times.

We have developed paddy containers, long throwers, and spring consoles to save labor in transporting paddy in the field and in the barn. Seedlings, sowing machines, soil breakers, and direct sowing machines are representative examples of our products that improve the efficiency of seedling cultivation. These products have been improved to be more durable and easier to maintain and repair so that farmers can use them for a long time.

    Our conveyors, such as spring consoles, are designed to be easy to use in the barn, with well-turned overflow prevention sensors to adjust the discharge volume, and our seeding machines have features such as no overlapping of paddy to prevent uneven growth, and are also suitable for feed rice and dense seeding.

    3. Our products are designed so that they will not be damaged by slight shocks or age-related deterioration. We use steel frames and hoppers, and reinforcement plates to prevent holes in spring assemblies.

    7. In recent years, we are in an era of changing agricultural practices, such as the consolidation of farmland due to a lack of bearers and the need for higher profits due to the declining price of rice. However, suddenly adopting new technology in such an environment is risky for farmers, and we may not be able to provide sufficient support. Under such circumstances, we are working to develop products in collaboration with research institutes such as the Tohoku Agricultural Research Institute.

    We have developed a low-cost, labor-saving direct sowing machine, the “uncoated simultaneous sowing machine” that we are currently researching. This is a product that can sow sprouted paddy rice at the same time as the rice is being prepared for the fieldwork, and is the product we have been researching with the Tohoku Agricultural Research Institute.

  7. Integrated in-house development, manufacturing, and sales


    8. We are consistently developing, manufacturing, and selling our products, and are constantly striving to improve our products and services.

  8. We are manufacturing products using the latest equipment in our new factory.

    9. As of November 2016, we have moved our office and factory to Kyoda Nishi Industrial Park in Sakata City.
    The new plant is equipped with sheet metal, welding, painting, and assembly. New equipment has been installed, and veterans and young workers are working together to improve product quality on a daily basis.

    10. We also develop products that meet the needs of farmers without being limited by conventional products. Our soil crushers are our own original products and are used to make soil for seedling cultivation in rice paddies and fields. In recent years, we have developed and marketed large soil crushers for in-plant facilities, contractors, and corporations.
    Although not currently in production, we have also developed fertilizer spreaders for lotus root fields, soil grinders for tobacco seedling beds, and pig foot hair remnants treatment machines in the past.

  10. We are expanding our business nationwide.

    11. We provide our products to dealers and agricultural cooperatives throughout Japan. We also exhibit our products at trade shows mainly in the Tohoku, Hokuriku, and Kanto regions, providing opportunities to touch and feel our products and to consult with our sales staff and ask questions.
