Forced vibration type suitable for adhesive materials.
RV conveyors are vibratory conveyors with a vibration motor (RV motor) affixed to the trough as the source of vibration. The vibration motor produces vibration through the rotational motion of unbalanced weights attached to the rotary shaft of the electric motor, which directly imparts vibration to the trough.
Effortless Transport of Sticky Materials
The forced vibration type ensures stable operation even with sticky materials without increasing the amplitude of the trough. Flow rate adjustment is also possible by changing the overlapping angle of the unbalanced weight of the vibration motor (angle adjustment is performed when the motor is stopped).
Ideal for Short-Distance Transport
Due to its structure, it is especially suitable for short-distance transportation up to about 5 m. For instance, transportation between equipment is highly efficient. Moreover, it can efficiently transport equipment from one location to another.
Flexible Installation
Although the standard type is a suspended type, a stationary type can also be manufactured to meet any installation conditions.
