The rubber spring conveyor is a low-floor type conveyor that enables the vibration angle of the trough, which was previously hard to adjust, to be adjusted freely according to the material to be transported and the purpose of transport. The source of vibration is a motor-driven circular vibration of an unbalanced weight, which is amplified through a resonating rubber spring with a variable vibration angle to vibrate the entire trough evenly and stably.

- Variable Vibration Angle to Match Material Properties: Unlike conventional vibrating conveyors, the structure allows the mounting angle of the resonance rubber spring to be easily changed to provide the optimum vibration conditions to match the material’s properties.
- High-volume Conveying for a Small Size: The HRC type has a higher vibration frequency (up to 17.5 Hz/second) and a higher amplitude (up to 12 mm) due to the variable vibration angle structure, which doubles the conveying capacity compared to conventional vibratory conveyors. This makes this highly efficient conveyor capable of unprecedented mass transport for its small size.
- Easy Picking Work: The trough amplitude and conveying speed can be easily adjusted for optimum vibration conveying with minimal material movement during picking work, thus reducing eye fatigue.
- Low Floor Type with Low Overall Height: The lightweight steel base frame and trough are effectively connected by specially designed rubber springs, resulting in a low overall height of the main unit.
- Quiet with Anti-Vibration Structure: The base frame vibration is low due to the resonance type, which allows a small vibration source to produce a large vibration effect, and the vibration-isolating structure is supported by springs with high vibration viscosity. Vibration transmitted to the installation foundation is minimal, and transport noise is very quiet.
- Easy Maintenance and Inspection: The structure is simple. Furthermore, all parts such as rubber springs and bearings are individually attached from the outside, allowing for easy maintenance, inspection, and parts replacement.
- Flexible Low-Speed and High-Speed Transport: The trough oscillation frequency can be freely adjusted by a special controller, allowing non-step conveying speeds from low to high.
