The Polin RTV rotary moulder is suitable for the production of butter cookie dough, shortbread, and pet treats. It is a very versatile machine that allows for very high levels of product output while maintaining near perfect weight accuracy and design detail. Of all the rotary moulding machines available, this machine remains the most heavy-duty and reliable machine on the market.
Description
With automatic dough feeding, pan feeding, belt tracking, and adjustable speed, this is the most automated rotary moulding machine on the market. In addition, with possible production speeds of up to 10 pans/minute, the RTV-450 can outperform every machine in its class. The innovative design also makes cleaning a breeze as the die is easily removed with only two stainless steel bolts on either side of the machine. Stainless steel belt scrapers with dedicated removable scrap collection trays are also placed in easily accessible locations in order to keep residual build-up from causing issues with production. The machine is also mounted on four locking casters for easy movement out of the production space when not in use, or when cleaning is required.
