This machine is a small threshing/dehusking machine for testing purposes developed to perform labour-saving and efficient threshing/dehusking adjustment work on rice and wheat in systematic testing and research.

Features

The handling drum is completely enclosed, and by opening the lower part of the drum with the open/close lever, the threshed and de-glazed rice seeds fall down and are collected in the receiving box after being wind-selected by the winnowing fan.

The threshed and threshed rice seeds are completely dropped by opening the lever, so no seeds remain inside the handling chamber, enabling rapid processing of many varieties.

By using a stepless speed changer on the motor shaft, the optimum number of revolutions of the handling drum can be set according to the variety of rice and wheat, enabling highly accurate threshing adjustment work.

The top of the handling drum can be easily opened and closed, making cleaning after threshing extremely easy.

Handling

Take one ear cut from the earhead, place it in the insertion slot in the upper part of the handling drum, open the shutter, let it fall into the rotating handling drum and close the shutter. (The drop port is closed).

The seedlings fall out and are collected in the seed box from the sink.
